15th Reunion Itineary August 13 & 14, 2010.

Thursday Event, August 12, 2010

Thursday night some individuals wanted to set a meet up spot. So let's have West 14th be this meeting spot 8:30-10:30pm. Dining is upstairs and a bar area downstairs. Their website http://www.west14threstaurant.com.

Does anyone have a babysitter for Friday and/or Saturday night that may be willing to take additional kids? We have some classmates in need of a sitter either one or both nights.

What to wear has been a big question. The theme is Hawaiian and very casual. If you feel like wearing shorts please do. This is not a black tie affair. The committee really wants everyone to relax, have fun and enjoy catching up with one another.

For those of you interested, there will be a keg on tap. Cost will be $5. Purchase your cup or ticket from a Planning Committee Member once you arrive.

Reduced price bowling will be available on a first come first serve basis throughout the evening. Cost is $10 per lane per hour which includes shoe rental for all bowlers. Call Chris Helwig at 715.305.3484 for details.

Cost: $20/pp and include a cart and 9 holes of golf. Payment can be made the day of golfing.

Golfer Limit: 40 Golfers max. Reserve your spot: You must reserve your spot for this event. Please contact Chris Meyer, the Golf Outing organizer no later than July 1. Call Chris at 715.305.2800 or email Chris Meyer with the number of individulas that will be attending the golf outing.

This is not an organized reunion event however for those of you that would like a place to go to, Saturday morning’s meeting spot will be at the Daily Grind! Meet your friends, stay and chat or take your coffee or tea to go. Main Street has gone through some recent improvements that you may want to check out.

Meet in the commons by the front door at Marshfield Senior High for your guided tour of the high school. Spouses, significant other, children and other family members are also welcomed! Tour begins at 2:00pm and will last approximately 45 minutes.

Bring your Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and sundresses for the Class of 95 Reunion.  The evening’s festivities will begin at 6pm when you check in. Pick up your name tag then enter your name into a drawing for prizes or try your luck in the 50/50 Raffle.

Enjoy a Catered buffet dinner from Village Hearth at approximately 7:00pm. The cost does include the appetizers, beer, wine, soda (until the funds for this runs out) music and space rental. Volleyball courts are available outside.

Cost: $27.00 per person and $54.00 per couple, If you pay through pay pal cost will be $28.00 per person and $56.00 per couple.
