Kate Biederwolf and Andrew Newby exchanged marriage vows at 3 p.m. Feb. 4, 2006, at Homewood Estate, Asheville, N.C. The groom’s father performed the ceremony and music was provided by members of the Asheville Symphony.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Kathy Biederwolf of Marshfield. The groom is the son of Bruce and Glenda Newby of Columbia, S.C.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Homewood Estate.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Holly Mancusi-Hand. Bridal attendants were Julie Jacobsma, Emily Schleiger and Amber Mancusi-Kocha.
Best man was John Sease. Groom’s attendants were Nick Biederwolf, Matt Biederwolf and Keith Ausderau. Ringbearer was Nathan Ausderau.
The bride is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Carlson School of Business. She is employed by IBM in Raleigh, N.C. The groom is a graduate of Wheaton College and is employed by Ogletree & Associates in Raleigh.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to the Caribbean. They reside in Raleigh, N.C.
